Background

Ever since I was little, I've always had an interest in tech and was extremely curious how one could simply type a specific string of characters into a browser and a website would pop up. It fascinated me, and I had a deep desire to discover how it was even possible. After many hours of tinkering, reading, and taking any course or material I had available to me I knew that I wanted to do that for a living. So I did.

I attended Rochester Institute of Technology in 2011, where I majored in Software Engineering. Up until this point my experience was primarily in the Microsoft ecosystem specializing in .NET and C#. However, this changed at RIT where I began to focus more on Java and JavaScript. In my junior year I rediscovered Counter-Strike, a game that I had played quite a bit growing up. Which eventually lead me to forming and leading RIT's first varsity Counter-Strike team in their esports program. During my time on the team we placed top 5 in the nation both in 2015 as well as 2016.

Outside of Tech and Counter-Strike Some of my other interests include anime, music, guitar, and cars!
